RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE WICHITA
FALLS 4B SALES TAX CORPORATION 2005 -2006 BUDGET FOR A
CONTRIBUTION TO THE WICHITA FALLS AREA MILITARY AFFAIRS
COMMITTEE; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT
WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, The Wichita Falls 4B Sales Tax Corporation did meet on September
6, 2005 to consider a request from the Wichita Falls Area Military Affairs Committee for
operating funds.
WHEREAS, The Wichita Falls 4B Sales Tax Corporation has accepted the
request and recommended amendment of their budget in the amount of $50,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . The Wichita Falls 4B Sales Tax Corporation Fiscal Year 2005 -2006
is hereby amended in the amount of $50,000 for an operating contribution to the
Wichita Falls Area Military Affairs Committee.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
