RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF BID FOR REMOVAL
AND REPLACEMENT OF FLOOR TILE AT THE MEMORIAL
AUDITORIUM TO BREEGLE BUILDING PRODUCTS IN THE AMOUNT
OF $60,842.00; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT
WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
removal and replacement of floor tile at the Memorial Auditorium; and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on August 30, 2005; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to replace floor tile on the first and third
floor of the Memorial Auditorium Building.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . Authorization is granted to award the bid for the removal and
replacement of floor tile at the Memorial Auditorium to Breegle Building Products in the
amount of $60,842.00.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
