RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, TO APPROVE ADVANCE FUNDING AGREEMENT FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF LOOP 11; FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED
WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the Texas Department of Transportation is proposing to extend
Loop 11 from US 287 Frontage Road to IH -44; and
WHEREAS, there are two properties that require right -of -way acquisition; and
WHEREAS, the City is required to participate in utility relocations for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . The Advance Funding Agreement is accepted and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to execute said agreement with the Texas Department of
Transportation.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
