RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, APPROVING A REVISED WATER PURCHASE
CONTRACT WITH THE CITY OF IOWA PARK, FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the Water Purchase Contract between the City of Wichita Falls and
the City of Iowa Park was previously approved; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and the City of Iowa Park wish to revise the
existing Water Purchase Contract, and
WHEREAS, the Council examined the proposed revised Water Purchase
Contract between the City and the City of Iowa Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECT 1 . The Water Purchase Contract between the City of Wichita Falls
and the City of Iowa Park is hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to
execute the same for the City of Wichita Falls.
SE CTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
