RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A LOGGING
R1 INTERFACE IN THE AMOUNT $55,820 FROM DAILEY
AND WELLS COMMUNICATIONS; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT
THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
and WHEREAS, City Staff is currently seeking proposals fora voice logging system;
WHEREAS, a MAICOM interface is needed to ensure voice recording
throughout the entire radio system; and
WHEREAS, Dailey and Wells Communications, the citys two -way radio vendor
has proposed the requisite voice logger interface In the amount of $55,820.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT'
SECTION 1 . The purchase of a voice logger interface is hereby authorized in the
amount of $55,820 from Dailey and Wells Communications.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially Pound and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open lathe public as required by law.
