RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS; AMENDING THE 4B BOARD'S FISCAL YEAR 2003-
2004 BUDGET FOR DEBT SERVICE PAYMENTS; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wichita Falls did issue debt on behalf
of the 4B Board by passing Ordinance 114 -2003; and
WHEREAS, the 4B Board did sign a Project Agreement with the City Council
assigning the responsibility of debt service payments to the 413 Board; and
WHEREAS, the Fiscal Year 2003 -2004 Budget of the 4B Board must be
amended to include $934,454 for a debt service payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . The Fiscal Year 2003 -2004 Budget of the 4B Board is hereby
amended in the amount of 934,454 for a debt service payment.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
