RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE WICHITA
FALLS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION'S FISCAL YEAR
2004 -2005 BUDGET FOR PHASE 1 CONSTRUCTION OF THE WICHITA
FALLS BUSINESS PARK, FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN
TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, On April e, 2004, the City Council approved certain contracts for
consulting services related to the design of the Wichita Fells Business Park; and
WHEREAS, tire design documents are complete; and
WHEREAS, estimates for Phase 1 construction have been recommended for
approval by the Wichita Falls Economic Development Corporation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT.
SE 1. The Wichita Falls Economic Development Corporation's Fiscal Year
2004-2066 is hereby amendment in the amount of $ $2,151,190.00 for Phase 1
Construction of the Wichita Falls Business Park.
SECTI 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
