RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS AUTHORIZING AWARD OF BID FOR THE
REHABILITATION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 9 W ROOSEVELT TO
GIBBS CONSTRUCTION IN THE AMOUNT OF $39,200.00, FINDING
AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bibs for the
rehabilitation of property located at 907 Roosevelt; and
and WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on September 22, 2004;
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to rehabilitate this property under the Urban
Homesteading Program.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED SYTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT.
SECTION 1 . Authorization is granted to award of bid for the rehabilitation of
Property located at 907 Roosevelt to Gibbs Construction in the amount of $39,200.00.
SEC 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
