RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AWARD OF BID FOR THE
REHABILITATION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1009 ROOSEVELT
TO GIBBS CONSTRUCTION IN THE AMOUNT OF
$36, 820.00;.FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT
WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW,
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
rehabilitation of property located at 1009 Roosevelt and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on September 22, 2004;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to rehabilitate this property under the Urban
Homesteading Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SECT 1 . Authorization is granted to award of bid for the rehabilitation of
property located at W09 Roosevelt to Gibbs Construction in the amount of $36,820.00.
SEC 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
