RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, TO AWARD THE CONTRACT FOR THE AERIAL
MAPPING PROJECT; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN
TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has solicited proposals for the Aerial
Mapping; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends that Sanborn be awarded the contract with an
estimated total cost of $304,815.12.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . Said proposal of Sanborn, with an estimated total of $304,815.12 is
hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City
with said Contractor for this project.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
