RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS APPOINTING /REAPPOINTING TWO MEMBERS TO SERVE ON THE
WICHITA APPRAISAL DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS
PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REOUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has two positions on the nine member
Wichita Appraisal District Board of Directors whose terns expire December 31, 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS THAT:
SECTION 1. Charles Elmore and Arthur Bea William hereby
appointed /reappointed respectively by the City Council to serve on the Board of
Directors of the Wichita Appraisal District as members representing the City of Wichita
Falls with terms expiring December 31, 2007.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
