RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A SEVERANCE
AGREEMENT WITH CITY MANAGER JIM BERZINA', FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, Jim Berzina is the current City Manager of the City of Wichita Falls',
and
WHEREAS, Jim Berzina has provided valuable leadership and service to the
City of Wichita Falls for over 21 years.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE Cl TY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SECTION i . The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a severance agreement
with Jim Berzina. This agreement shall be approved as to form by the City Attorney.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
