RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO NEGOTIATE
A SEPARATION AGREEMENT WITH DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATIVE
SERVICES JAN STRICKLIN; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN
TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, Jan Stricklin is the current Director of Administrative Services forthe
City of Wichita Falls, and
WHEREAS, she has provided valuable service to the City of Wichita Falls for
over 24 years .
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SECTION 1 . The City Attorney is hereby authorized to negotiate a separation
agreement with Director of Administrative Services Jan Strfckllo_
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
