RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF THE
AUTOTITRATOR AND UPGRADES FROM CSC SCIENTIFIC IN THE
AMOUNT OF $63,000.00', FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN
TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has budgeted for a new autottrator and
upgrades, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase the autotitrators and upgratles.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 01: THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SEC 1 . Authorization be granted for the purchase of an autotitrator and two
upgrades for existing autotitrators from CSC Scientific in the amount of $63,000.00.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
