RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALIS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AWARD OF BID FOR THE
REHABILITATION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2015 TILDEN TO
WICHITA CONSTRUCTION IN THE AMOUNT OF $43,455.00',
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
rehabilitation of property located at 2015 Tilden', and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on February 11, 2005', and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to rehabilitate this property under the Urban
Homesteading Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SECTION 1 . Authorization is granted to award of bid for the rehabilitation of
property located at 2015 Tilden to Wichita Construction in the amount of $43,455 00.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
