RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, REJECTING PROPOSALS FOR THE
REHABILITATION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2107 BROWN
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH
THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
rehabilitation of property located at 2107 Brown', and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on February 11, 2005, and
WHEREAS, the cost to rehabilitate this property far exceeded the budgeted cost:
and
WHEREAS, specifications will be modified and reissued for the rehabilitation
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SECTION 1. Proposals for the rehabilitation of the property located at 2107
Brawn are hereby rejected.
SECTION 2. It Is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 1 st day of March, 2005.
