RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, ADOPTING CERTAIN CHANGES TO THE 2004 -2005
ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN FOR THE CITY'S HOUSING CHOICE
VOUCHER PROGRAM, FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WMICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN
TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, reductions in funding levels to the City's Housing Choice Voucher
Program necessitate certain modifications to the Administrative Plan, and
WHEREAS, modifcations include procedures for instituting a Minimum Rent,
and a Working Preference for the waiting list, modifying bedroom allocations, as well as
portability and repayment agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT'
SECTION 1. The proposed modifications to the 2004 -2005 Administrative Plan
are hereby approved.
SECTIO 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
