RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, ADOPTING CERTAIN CHANGES TO THE 2004 -2005
PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY PLAN FOR THE CITY'S HOUSING
CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT
THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW
WHEREAS, reductions in funding levels to the City's Housing Choice Voucher
Program necessitate certain modifications to the Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plan;
and
WHEREAS, modifications include instituting a Minimum Rent and a Working
Preference for the waiting list.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SECTION t . Modifications to the PHA Plan, to include Instituting a Minimum
Rent and a Working Preference for the waiting list are hereby approved
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
