RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR PRO TEM TO EXECUTE
AN AGREEMENT WITH DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
JAN STRICKLIN', FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING
AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, Jan Stricklln is the current Director of Administrative Services for the
City of Wichita Falls, and
WHEREAS, Ms. Stricklin has negotiated a separation agreement with the City
from this position', and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that such agreement should be
executed.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SECTION 1 . The Mayor Pro Tem is hereby authorized to execute an agreement
with Director of Administrative Services Jan Stricklin.
S ECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
