RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE PAYMENT
STANDARDS IN THE HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM PHA
PLAN AND ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN; FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED
WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, The Department of Housing and Urban Development annually
Publishes fair market rents, and
WHEREAS, Local Housing Authorities must annually examine and adopt
Payment Standards accordingly, and
WHEREAS, Funding for the Section 8 program offers litlle opportunity to make
significant adjustments in the Payment Standards.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SECTION 1 . The sections in both the PHA Plan and Administrative Plan
adopting and illustrating Payment Standards are hereby amended as follows.

SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
