RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID AND CONTRACT FOR THE
2004 STREET REHABILITATION PROJECT (CWF04- 100 -181
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT
WHICH THIS RESOLUTUION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO
THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the construction
of the 2004 Street Rehabilitation Project (CWF(14- 100 -18)', and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is All -Tex Paving, Inc,;
who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $1,161,147.15, and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Said unit once bid of All -Tex Paving, Inc., with an estimated total of
$1,161,147.15 is hereby accepted and approved, and the City Manager Is authorized to
execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the construction of such Project.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this, the 21st day of September, 2004.
