RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 2004 -2005 BUDGET
FOR THE WICHITA FALLS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING
AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the Wichita Falls Economic Development Corporation met on
August 30 to consider a budget for the 2004 -2005 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, the By -laws of the Corporation stipulate that the City Council shall
approve the Corporation's budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SE CTION 1 . The proposed budget of the Wichita Falls Economic Corporation for
Fiscal Year 2004 -2005 is hereby approved.
SE CTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
