RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS. TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AWARD OF BID TO A 8 R
DEMOLITION, INC., IN THE AMOUTN OF $52,800.00, FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
demolition of twenty (20) hazardous structures, and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on April B, 2005. and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to have the hazardous structures
demolished_
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SECTION 1 . Award is hereby made to A & R Demolition, Inc., In the amount of
$52,800.00.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required bylaw
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 19th day of April 2005.
