RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AWARD OF BID FOR THE PURCHASE
OF A RUBBER TIRE FRONT END LOADER AND DUAL ENGINE
SCRAPER FROM WARREN CAT IN THE AMOUNT OF $]69,121.00;
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of a rubber tire front end loader and dual engine scraper: and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on March 29, 2005; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase a front -end loader and scraper.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SECTION 1 . Authorization is granted to award bid for the purchase of a rubber
tire front end loader and dual engine scraper to Warren Cat in the amount of
S]69,121.00
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
