RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #1 TO THE
COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM AGREEMENT WITH DAILEY AND
WELLS COMMUNICATIONS IN THE AMOUNT OF $29,423; FINDING
AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW,
WHEREAS, The proper Installation of mobile radios on a law enforcement
motorcycle requires a kit; and
WHEREAS, The price for such kit was not included in the Communication
System Agreement, and
WHEREAS, Dailey and Wells Communications has provided a cost for such
product.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT'
SECTION 1 . Change Order #1 to the Communications System Agreement is
hereby approved in the amount of $29,423.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required bylaw
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 19 day of April, 2005.
