RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS.
TEXAS, REJECTING BIDS FROM PRUITT FORD FOR THE PURCHASE OF 1-
TON TRUCKS, FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT
WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a resolution authorizing award of bid, for
1 -ton trucks, to Pruitt Ford: and
WHEREAS, Pruitt Ford is not able to furnish the trucks as bid.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SECTION 1 . Bids awarded to Pruitt Ford for the purchase of 1 -ton trucks are
rejected.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
