RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH MICHAEL E. KOEN...ARCHITECT, INC. FOR
ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE REROOFING OF THE
MUNICIPAL COURT ANNEX BUILDING CWF05- 100 -25, FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to have the roof of the municipal
Court Annex Building, and
WHEREAS, Staff is proposing to use Michael E. Runt Architect, Inc. for
architectural services for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS. THAT
SECTION 1 . The Architectural Services Contract is hereby approved, and the
City Manager is authorized to execute said contract.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
