RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS. TEXAS, APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #2 TO THE
COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM AGREEMENT WITH DAILEY AND
WELLS COMMUNICATIONS TO ENABLE ACTIVATION OF THE
OUTDOOR WARNING SIREN SYSTEM AT THE MUNICIPAL PUBLIC
SAFETY TRAINING CENTER, FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN
TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, The city desires to have a reliable activation system for the Outdoor
Warning Siren System at the new dispatch center at the Municipal Public Safety
Training Center.
WHEREAS, Dailey and Wells Communications has provided such a proposal in
the amount of $47,840.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SE CTION i The proposal from Dailey and Wells Communications to enable
activation of the Outdoor Warning Siren System at the new dispatch center at 710
Flood Street is hereby approved.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
