RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AWARDING A BID TO PAYLESS INSULATION,
INCORPORATED IN THE AMOUNT OF $345,600 FOR THE
ACOUSTICAL TREATMENT PROJECT AT THE KAY YEAGER
COLISEUM, FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT
WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City requested bids for an acoustical treatment project for the
Kay Yeager Coliseum', and
WHEREAS, three bids were received all meeting City specifications' and
WHEREAS, the City Council desire to complete the entire project at this time
consisting of work on both the walls and ceiling of the facility _
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
SECTION 1. An award of bid is hereby approved to Payless Insulation,
Incorporated in the amount of $345,600 for acoustical insulation work at the Kay
Yeager Coliseum.
SECTION 2 It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this rerescluticn was passed was open to the public as required by law.
