RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS TO AWARD BID
AND CONTRACT FOR THE NEW ADDITION FOR THE WICHITA FALLS -
WICHITA COUNTY HEALTH DISTRICT PROJECT, CWF05- 204 -35; FINDING
AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the construction
of the New Addition for the Wichita Falls — Wichita County Health District Project,
CWF05- 204 -35; and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Santa Rosa Const.
Co., who made a base bid, plus selected alternatives, at an estimated total of
$1,712,750.00.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Said unit price bid of Santa Rosa Const. Co., with an estimated
total of $1,712,750.00 is hereby accepted and approved, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the construction of
such project.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
