RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, TO REJECT BID FOR SOUTHMOOR SANITARY
SEWER RELIEF INTERCEPTOR PROJECT, CWF05- SRF -02; FINDING
AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the construction
of the Southmoor Sanitary Sewer Relief Interceptor Project, CWF05- SRF -02.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . Said unit price bid of Bowles Construction Co., with an estimated
total of $1,942,312.00 is hereby rejected.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
