RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, ENDORSING AN APPLICATION TO THE WICHITA
FALLS 4B SALES TAX CORPORATION FOR GOLF COURSE
ARCHITECT SERVICES; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN
TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, City Staff wishes to seek Golf Course Architect services to provide a
Comprehensive Plan for Weeks Park Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, City Staff wishes to request the consideration of the 4B Sales Tax
Board for payment of these services; and
WHEREAS, It is customary for the City Council to endorse applications
generated from City Staff to the 4B Sales Tax Corporation
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . An application to the 4B Sales Tax Board for Golf Course Architect
services is hereby approved.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
