RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE 2005 -2009 PUBLIC HOUSING
AGENCY PLAN AND ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the Housing Division must annually submit for City Council approval
the Division's Public Housing Agency Plan and Administrative Plan; and
WHEREAS, as a result of mid -year reviews and modifications to both
documents, city staff is only recommending one modification to the Administrative Plan.
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted the required Public Hearing for this
action.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . The Public Housing Agency Plan and Administrative Plan are
hereby approved with the following change to the Administrative Plan:
Page 18, subsection (e) entitled, "Suspension of Vouchers" is eliminated.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
