RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT TO DAILEY AND
WELLS COMMUNICATIONS FOR THE TWO -WAY RADIO SYSTEM;
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, at the June 1, 2004 City Council meeting, the City Council entered
into a Communications System Agreement with Dailey and Wells Communications for
the installation of a Two -Way Radio System; and
WHEREAS, the Two -Way Radio system has been installed and tested; and
WHEREAS, final payment has been withheld per the Communications System
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . Final payment in the amount of $676,045 is hereby authorized.
SECTION 2 . It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
