Resolution purchasing an Essentials Enterprise License Agreement
from Azteca Systems, Inc, in the amount of $59,000.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to make improvements to the Work
Order systems utilized within the Public Works Department based on the success of the
Work Order system with the Wastewater Collections Division ; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to integrate the new Work Order
system with existing software systems within other Departments and Divisions; and,
WHEREAS, the other Departments and Divisions will require additional licenses
to operate the new Work Order system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THE:
Purchase of an Essentials Enterprise License Agreement from Azteca Systems,
Inc, in the amount of $59,000.00 is hereby approved, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute the purchase for the City for said Licensing.
