Resolution awarding bid and contract for the 2016 Lift Station 53 &
61 Rehabilitation Project to Bowles Construction Co. in the amount
of $280,000
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2016 Lift
Station 53 & 61 Rehabilitation Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Bowles Construction
Company, who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $280,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2016 Lift Station 53 & 61 Rehabilitation Project is
awarded to Bowles Construction Co, in an estimated total amount of $280,000.00, and
the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor
for the construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of September, 2016.
