Resolution awarding Bid and Contract for the 2016 Alley
Rehabilitation Project to Falls Concrete, LLC, in the amount of
$96,024.15
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2016 Alley
Rehabilitation Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Falls Concrete, LLC
who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $96,024.15.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2016 Alley Rehabilitation Project is awarded to Falls
Concrete, LLC, in an estimated total amount of $96,024.15, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the construction of
such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of September, 2016.
