Resolution to approve Change Order No. 1 and Final for the 2016
Water Budget Utility Improvement Project for an increase of
$125,708.40
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract with Bowles
Construction Co. with the estimated total cost of $865,581.00; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 and Final will increase the contract
$125,708.40 for a revised cost of $991,289.40.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 and Final for the
2016 Water Budget Utility Improvement Project in the amount of $125,708.40.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of September, 2016.
