RESOLUTION AWARDING FINAL PAYMENT TO WILSON
CONTRACTING FOR COMPLETION OF THE AIRFIELD SECURITY
FENCING PROJECT AT KICKAPOO DOWNTOWN AIRPORT; FINDING
AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered into a contract with Wilson
Contracting with the estimated total cost of $75,834.00; and
WHEREAS, there were no change orders on this project; and
WHEREAS, actual final payment for the Airfield Security Fencing Project will
total $3,791.70.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Airfield security fencing work is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to make final payment to the contractor.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
