RESOLUTION AWARDING FINAL PAYMENT TO LANCO TURF &
SEEDING FOR COMPLETION OF THE A-4 CONNECTOR PROJECT AT
KICKAPOO DOWNTOWN AIRPORT; FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED
WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered into a contract with LANCO TurF &
Seeding with the estimated total cost of $507,732.75; and
WHEREAS, change orders have been previously approved, totaling $3,581.00;
and
WHEREAS, actual final payment for the A-4 Connector Project will total
$25, 565.69.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. A-4 Connector work is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to make final payment to the contractor.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
