RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, TO APPROVE AN ENGINEERING SERVICES
CONTRACT WITH CAMP, DRESSER & MCKEE FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
REHABILITATION OF LAKE ARROWHEAD RAW WATER LINE PHASE
1 PROJECT; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT
WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to enter into an engineering
services contract for the development of plans and specifications for the Rehabilitation
of Lake Arrowhead Raw Water Line Phase 1 Project; and
WHEREAS, Camp, Dresser & McKee is proposing to do this work for an amount
of $121,760.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Engineering Services Contract from Camp, Dresser & McKee
for the development of plans and specifications for the Rehabilitation of Lake
Arrowhead Raw Water Line Phase 1 Project is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
