RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, ADOPTING THE 2008 CITY OF WICHTA FALLS
WATER CONSERVATION / DROUGHT CONTINGENCY PLAN;
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality requires updated
Water Conservation / Drought Contingency Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls Water Resources Commission has
reviewed and approved the 2008 City of Wichita Falls Water Conservation / Drought
Contingency Plan.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The 2008 City of Wichita Falls Water Conservation/ Drought
Contingency Plan is hereby adopted.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
