RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AWARDING BID AND CONTRACT FOR THE PUMP
REHABILITATION AT LAKE KICKAPOO PROJECT CWF09-550-01;
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the Pump
Rehabilitation at Lake Kickapoo Project CWF09-550-01; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is J.S. Haron Company,
who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $234,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Said unit price bid of J.S. Haron Company, with an estimated total
of $234,000, is hereby approved for the Pump Rehabilitation at Lake Kickapoo Project
(CWF09-550-01), and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City
with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
