RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF TWO 3 /-TON
CREW CAB PICKUPS TO WOLF FORD-DODGE IN THE AMOUNT OF
$58,672.00; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT
WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of finro 3 /-ton crew cab pickups ; and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on February 10, 2009; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase two 3 /-ton crew cab pickups for
the City's vehicle fleet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Authorization is granted to award the bid for the purchase of two 3 /-
ton crew cab pickups to Wolf Ford-Dodge in the amount of $58,672.00.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
