1. CALL TO ORDER.
A. Stephen Garner called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m.
2. MINUTES.
A. The minutes of March 24, 2016 were put before the Board. John Fritzsch
made the motion to approve the minutes and Colby Huffman seconded
the motion. Mintues were admindend due to leaving Tom Lang off as a
member present. The minutes were approved for March 24, 2016.
3. DEPARTMENTAL REPORT.
A. Departmental Report discussions
1. Parks is catching up on mowing
2. Cleaning up Williams Park after flooding
3. Sales taxes are going down, depts. or cutting budgets
4. Pickle Ball has 14 teams and is starting up leagues now
5. No word from BNSF on circle trail extension
6. Parks completed construction on restroom at Champion Golf Course
4. PARK IMPROVEMENT COMMITTEE.
A. Lake Wichita Revitalization Committee meeting with city staff, on maintain
water for project.
1. The Lake Wichita Revitalization Committee applied for grant to help
clean out shore line and build boardwalk.
2. The Circle Trail Task Force report nothing to add.
5. ADJOURNMENT.
A. Meeting was adjourned at 2:35pm p.m..
