RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE CITY COUNCIL'S 2009 STRATEGIC
PLAN; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH
THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council met on January 21 and 22, 2009, to
complete a Strategic Planning Session; and
WHEREAS, at the Strategic Planning Session, the Mayor and City Council
considered items for inclusion in the 2009 Strategic Plan; and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate to ratify the resulting Strategic Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The 2009 Strategic Plan is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
