Resolution Awarding Bid And Contract For The 2009 Street
Rehabilitation Project (CWF09-100-06)
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2009 Street
Rehabilitation Project (CWF09-100-06); and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Advanced Paving,
who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $688,316.91.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2009 Street Rehabilitation Project (CWF09-100-06) is
awarded to Advanced Paving, in an estimated total amount of $688,316.91, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the
construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of April, 2009.
