Resolution To Award Bid And Contract For The 2009 South Lake
Park Drive Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project (CWF09-550-17).
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised for bids for the 2009 South Lake
Park Drive Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project (CWF09-550-17); and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Canary Construction,
which made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $383,718.20.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2009 South Lake Park Drive Sanitary Sewer
Replacement Project (CWF09-550-17) is awarded to Canary Construction, with an
estimated total bid of $383,718.20, and the City Manager is authorized to execute
contract documents in accordance with the bid.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of April, 2009.
