Resolution Awarding A Bid For The Faith Village Drainage
Improvements Project — Phase II 8� III (CWF05-552-03) To Earth
Builders L.P., In An Estimated Total Amount Of $4,247,308.00
WHEREAS, the City properly advertised for bids for the Faith Village Drainage
Improvements Project — Phase II & III (CWF05-552-03) in accordance with state law;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder is Earth
Builders L.P., with a unit price bid in an estimated total of $4,247,308.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the Faith Village Drainage Improvements Project — Phase II
& III (CWF05-552-03) is awarded to Earth Builders L.P., in an estimated total amount of
$4,247,308.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for this project
with said entity in accordance with the bid specifications.
