Resolution Approving An Amendment To The 2008-2009 Budget
Of The Wichita Falls 4B Sales Tax Corporation In The Amount Of
$600,000 For the Weeks Park Pond Project
WHEREAS, the Wichita Falls 4B Sales Tax Corporation met on May 18, 2009, to
consider a request in the amount of $600,000 for the construction of a pond in South
Weeks Park; and,
WHEREAS, the Wichita Falls 4B Sales Tax Corporation approved the project,
and a corresponding budget amendment is required to appropriate funds for the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Wichita Falls 4B Sales Tax Corporation 2008-2009 Budget amendment in
the amount of $600,000 for the Weeks Park Pond Project is approved, and said project
and expenditure are also approved.
